ZACK G. SHARPE IV is an associate with the firm’s Labor and Employment practice group. Mr. Sharpe represents and advises management in all aspects of labor and employment law before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. He has experience defending employers in connection with disputes involving claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, hostile work environment, wage and hour, failure to hire, failure to promote, and wrongful termination under the ADEA, ADA, FMLA, the FLSA, Title VII, and other federal, state, and local anti-discrimination laws.

In addition, Mr. Sharpe has broad-based litigation experience including commercial litigation, insurance defense, and medical malpractice.

Mr. Sharpe is admitted to practice law in the State of New York State, and in the United States Federal District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
