NOORIN HAMID is an associate with the firm’s Labor and Employment practice group. Noorin has experience defending employers in employment disputes, including claims of discrimination and retaliation in state and federal court and before administrative agencies such as the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, New York State Division of Human Rights and New York City Commission on Human Rights. She has represented clients in employment matters pursuant to Title VII, FMLA, ADA, ADEA, 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981 and 1983, New York State and New York City Human Rights Laws.
